A different breakfast!
Poached chicken breast
Chicken breast marinated with lemon juice, fresh tarragon, salt & pepper. Cover chicken with saran wrap and drop in boiling water. Turn off heat and keep immersed for 10-12 minutes. Unwrap and slice.
Grilled prime rib
Trimmed all fat, grilled for two minutes and topped with garlic.
Spicy tuna tataki
Dinner at Torch restaurant. Spicy tuna cubes with kani and mangoes. And a side salad or romaine lettuce. Didn't touch the rice, sauces or the crunchy tempura batter on the side.
